BIO

Felice Götze is a storyteller and filmmaker who started his professional career as editor-in-chief of a music magazine in the booming Techno scene of the nineties.
A stint in International Business Studies, marketing and investment banking followed, before Felice decided to pursue a career in the film & TV industry.

Felice enrolled @ HFF Munich (Munich Film School), where he went for a double degree studying both “Movie Production & Media Management” and “Directing”. During this time he worked as a script analyst for Tandem Communications, Telepool and SWR.

After graduating with two accomplished short films, Felice wrote and directed for German crime formats like “Tatort” or “SOKO 5113”.

Felice went on to create the successful Franco-German prime time thriller series, “Über die Grenze” (“Borderland”) for ARD.

He then completed the Serial Eyes Showrunner Programme and became head writer (with Lena Kammermeier) for “Legal Affairs”.
An award-winning high end legal show hat has been appreciated by the critics as “Suits on speed”. (now on NETFLIX in Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

During the development “Legal Affairs” as well as “Über die Grenze/Borderland” Felice organized and lead the writers’ room.

Felice’s extensive experience in all parts of production -from casting to arranging a shooting schedule to editing- is a valuable asset when creating a modern TV series.

He’s often asked to come as a “fixer” on projects that are struggling dramaturgically.

In his work, Felice Götze is focusing on the genres crime/thriller, legal, period and gritty drama. Preferably with a touch of (dark) humor.

Felice can speak, write and work fluently in English, German and Bavarian.
He also speaks Spanish and some French.

For several years now he has been using the Enneagram as a technique to create and sharpen characters. In his seminar „The Enneagram For Storytellers“ he is teaching his understanding of the tool to interested industry professionals.
